Ortho.i® officially introduces its new Culture Theme for 2026: "Fall Back in Love Again."
How would you describe the culture of the companies you work with?
Culture reflects whether the organization’s values align with yours, which is essential for building trust and long-term loyalty.
"Fall Back in Love Again." More than a statement, it represents a year-long movement created to inspire thousands orthodontists who follow our work around the world, to rediscover meaning, happiness, and responsibility in a time shaped by Artificial Intelligence.
Following the 2025 theme, "World of Care.", which led us to rethink the deeper “why” behind our work, this new theme signals a shift toward restoring the PASSION core in our orthodontic profession.
2026 is the ideal moment to be more intentional, to reflect and reinvest our time in the activities that once brought us JOY but have been set aside.
Modern life demands constant productivity, performance, and visibility, often at the cost of authenticity and fulfillment.
How did it feel to practice orthodontics a few years ago, before the growing pressure to commercialize clear aligners? Before having to maintain constant visibility on social media simply to remain relevant?
Before we accelerate further, we must first choose a meaningful direction.
Many orthodontists now incorporate AI tools into their daily workflows, resulting in enhanced productivity and more time available for professional and personal growth.
What have you stopped doing over the past few years, something you once enjoyed and would like to do more often?
AI exists to help us achieve more in business, while creating space for us to reconnect with ourselves.
"Fall Back in Love Again." It is a reminder that technology should amplify what matters most and bring us closer to the work style and life we truly value.

SMART & SAFE: Responsible AI in Orthodontics
An Awareness Campaign on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in Orthodontics
As part of the 2026 initiatives, Ortho.i® is launching an educational campaign to promote awareness around the concept of Responsible AI in Orthodontics.
Given that AI models depend on the quality and neutrality of their data and training, it is critical to ensure transparency, fairness, and integrity in their use, whether in education, clinical performance, or business operations.
A series of free open trainings will be made available to doctors interested in understanding how AI is transforming orthodontics, including both the possibilities and the limitations of its application.
This training session is designed for orthodontists looking to understand current AI trends, learn what to embrace and what to avoid, and take the first steps toward becoming AI-fluent professionals prepared for the future of generative orthodontics.
Regardless of your level of experience or prior knowledge in AI, this training is open to every orthodontist. Our effort seeks to inform and prepare the next generation of experts who will help guide the ethical development and oversight of AI tools in our speciality.
